The Origin

A corner shop. A family recipe. One obsession.

Tucked into the narrow lanes of INA's Kashmiri Market, our little shop started with nothing but a tawa, a fryer, and a recipe passed down through the family. No marketing. No Instagram. Just word-of-mouth.

A decade later, the queues haven't stopped. Auto-drivers swear by it. Dilliwalas bring their friends. Food bloggers stumbled in and left stunned. The shop never changed. The love just kept growing.

Just one word "CRAZY!"

The best thing under price I've eaten. Must try Dahi k sholay. They are literally amazing. They have a lot of variety like Paneer k sholay, cheese k sholay, Burger, Subway & more. If you are searching for something affordable yet tasty go for this place. These sholay were not heavy at all. Must try.

We were in INA market and this place showed up on maps for nearby joints to grab something. We went there because of the high ratings and it was not disappointing. We had dahi ke sholey which were crispy, airy and light. The soft and fresh dahi mixed with minimal spices offers a great contrast to the deep fried bread. The place is a hole in the wall, run by a duo. Definitely worth a try to taste Delhi street food.

The taste of Dahi ke Shollay is really good. Their green chutney truly levels up the flavors. The prices are also reasonable — it's ₹40 for one piece of Dahi ke Shollay, ₹50 for one piece of Paneer Shollay, and ₹60 per piece for the cheese one. I tried all three, and they were all delicious!
